DEIRDRE CURRAN

Chartered Organisational Psychologist with 20 years’ experience in design and delivery of learning solutions, group facilitation and coaching. Deirdre is also a certified ECR (Emotional Capital Report) coach, working with clients to enhance their emotional intelligence competencies.

In a nutshell, Organisational Psychology (sometimes called Occupational Psychology or Work Psychology) involves the study of human behaviour at work. Organisational psychologists use the body of research and knowledge from this field to facilitate individuals and teams to reach their full potential.

Without overegging the pudding (as my mam used to say) Deirdre has to be the most talented L&OD professional I've ever worked with! Rarely do you get someone with such amazing design and delivery skills. It's a pleasure working with her.
